Seven candidates for an executive position take part in a selection process at a multinational company whose offices are located in a skyscraper in Madrid. Their personalities are completely different: the winner, the aggressive type, the insecure woman, the critic, the indecisive one… In the tense competition, fear and doubt gradually take over the participants. They become paranoid, suspecting that someone is watching them with cameras or that a psychologist among them is already evaluating them. This claustrophobic atmosphere exposes their lack of scruples and their determination to succeed at any cost.
