Emma and her father Marcos live in a humble house in the Tigre Delta, a river area near Buenos Aires. At school she rehearses a Shakespeare play and dreams of traveling to London. One day the unexpected happens and her teacher gets her a scholarship to study in England. Heartbroken by the idea of living apart, father and daughter will now have to learn to stay together, despite the distance that will separates them.
